Delete your account and data
Bet Me
You can delete your Bet Me account and everything stored with it at any time.
Ask us to delete it
Email simonboyle@betme.it.com from the address you signed up with, and say you want your account deleted. We ask you to write from your own address so nobody else can delete your account on your behalf.
We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your player profile and display name
- Your token balance and full wallet history
- Every bet you created, joined or were challenged to
- Your messages and any in-game presence records
- Your sign-in account itself
What we keep, and for how long
Nothing of your account. Ordinary server logs, which record request times and addresses but not game content, roll off automatically within 30 days.
This cannot be undone. Deleting is permanent. Your token
balance is destroyed with the account and cannot be restored or transferred.
Tokens have no cash value. Bet Me is play-money only. Tokens
cannot be bought out, cashed out or exchanged for anything of value, so
deleting your account forfeits nothing but the game state.
